Inspiration
An Expression of gratitude
In Norscat we have been fortunate to have worked with some very gifted individuals and thought leaders in the field of organizational development and change. In this sense, we would borrow some words from the Odyssey and say: “We have walked with giants”, and we have been fortunate to have had that experience. We have gained specialized knowledge and a profound understanding of the nature of organizational culture, how it is created, and the impact that it has. This is necessary to create successful cultural change.
