What we believe
It is the goal of each individual to create a peaceful, balanced, and harmonious life for themselves. We also believe that our purpose in life should be to continue our own personal development, to enjoy life, and to support others in their own personal development and enjoyment. We need to balance the time and effort we put into each of these three activities to create harmony in life.
Why we believe this
Self-improvement (so we can continue to grow and develop ourselves and show up as the best version of ourselves), Enjoying ourselves (because it is important that we enjoy what we do in life). Supporting others to do the same (because we want to help others to achieve what we achieve for ourselves). Contemporary research shows that there are five things that contribute to personal happiness and satisfaction: 1) Doing work that has meaning for us and that we believe in, 2) Continuing to learn and grow, 3) the quality of the relationships we have with those around us; friends, family, and colleagues, 4) what we do for others; helping and supporting other people, and 5) contact with nature. As a business leader, you have a great opportunity to be fulfilled and to help others to become fulfilled. At Norscat we believe this is the leader's duty and is what creates his/her legacy.
